Our story
WithCoffeeAI was founded in 2026 in Itagüí, Antioquia, Colombia — a city in the Metropolitan Area of Medellín with a strong tradition of entrepreneurship and manufacturing.
The idea came from a direct observation: small and medium-sized businesses in LATAM were managing their entire sales operation through WhatsApp — manually, with no tools, losing orders, missing follow-ups, unable to scale. At the same time, AI technology was becoming accessible enough to actually solve these problems.
WhatsApp Sales OS was born to bridge that gap: a platform built specifically for the way LATAM businesses sell, not adapted from tools designed for other markets.
Beyond the product, we also work with companies that need custom AI solutions — because not every problem fits in a SaaS box.

LATAM
Latin America is a market of 650M+ people with massive digital commerce growth and chronically underserved by enterprise software. Most tools are either too expensive, too complex, or built without understanding the local context.
WhatsApp is the primary communication channel for businesses and consumers in LATAM. Building on top of it isn't a workaround — it's where the market already is, and where the relationship between businesses and customers actually happens.

Full-stack software engineer with experience building B2B products. Has worked on web applications, data pipelines, and AI integrations. Founded WithCoffeeAI in 2026 with the conviction that the LATAM market deserves tools built specifically for it — starting with WhatsApp, the region's primary commercial channel. Based in Itagüí, Antioquia, and building for the whole region.
